On a freezing February day our Airstream had a close encounter with a tree limb and lost. One of the pop out windows was shattered and the back up camera was broken. We drove nearly 400 miles to Airstream of New Mexico, the nearest authorized dealer. They responded to our calamity the next morning. Our window was replaced as well as the antenna to our camera. I cannot say enough incredible things about Andrew and Airstream of New Mexico. We were traveling from North Carolina to Utah and lost power in Arkansas. We had a fantastic experience at Airstream of New Mexico. We purchased a used 2008 19ft Bambi. Andy, Dan, Pearl and Andrew all were amazing. These folks are extremely honorable and make sure the customer is treated well and satisfied. We had about a 3 hour orientation to our Bambi. Andrew went over everything about pulling a trailer, using all the components, winterizing, etc. He demonstrated all the components too to make sure they were all operational, since it was used. He made sure our tow vehicle was set up properly and even found a bad fuse in our car that prevented the running lights on the trailer from working. He has a very good way of explaining things to newbies and is very patient. They made sure everything was in working order on the trailer (even fixed some things that we found during the orientation) and we drove out of there very happy campers. You spend a lot of money on your Airstream and you need to buy it from people you trust. You can trust Airstream of New Mexico.

I recently brought in my 2011 Nomad Joey 172 in for its first winterization. Logan was my service tech and he took me step by step through the process. He was professional, friendly and very thorough. While there Logan told me about the new Skyline Koala travel trailer line-up. We may consider an upgrade next spring, since our Joey has turned out to be a bit small and a couple more feet in length without adding extra weight would be great for us. I would not hesitate to buy from Holiday again, they have a great sales and service staff!

We accepted our 2011 Flying Cloud 23FB and were more than satisfied with the pre-delivery preparation and service at Holiday Travel Trailer Sales in Albuquerque. Andrew, Lucas, and their crew did an excellent job of installing our solar panel and controller, and quickly remedied the minor items that we notied when we spent our first night in our new trailer parked at their service facility. From the initial order through delivery, the Aragon family at Holiday Travel Trailer Sales were most accommodating. The following morning, they fitted the Equalizer hitch to our 08 Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel, and we were ready to tow. We camped at Chaco Canyon NHP for two nights and had a wonderful time! Thanks again for everything!
